Izumi

Again, it has been a while for me to sit down in front of my computer and write something here. How should I start? It was quite a month...Landon broke his elbow second day after his return to the US. We spent the night in the ER and the next morning I came to work, saw this sweet illustration in my inbox. Thanks Izumi. I am thankful to Suvi Ainoa, it connected me to so many beautiful people.

Trip

I really miss my Landon, he went back to Finland with daddy during his spring break. This is the first trip to Finland for Landon and first time ever away from mum for that long. During the past 3 and 1/2 years, he was away from me only for one night. I miss him so much so much.

He saw a batman luggage in the store and told daddy, let's buy this one for our trip to Suomi (Finland). When I dropped them off at the airport on Saturday, my baby was pulling his own batman luggage like a big boy. He looks so tall and handsome. I can't believe he is only 3 and 1/2. I gave him a hug, a kiss, then another hug, another kiss. He said, ok mummy, bye bye, I will be back soon!

We just spoke on the phone tonight, I told him: Landon mummy misses you. And he said: I will be back as soon as I can, in 15 minutes!

Yellow

I showed a yellow color block to Nea and asked: Baby, what is this color?

'Yellow'

Wow, not bad for a 18 months old, I thought.

Then I showed her a red color block asked: what is this color?

'Yellow'

Okey, what about this one (a blue block)

'Yellow'

and this one ( a green block)
