Barefoot

Landon turned 10 months old 2 weeks ago, until now, he has not needed any shoes, so far he has been happy with those cute shoe-like trumpette baby socks. So I had no idea what is out there for baby shoes until today. We are going to China for two months, from the way he is standing now, grandma assumes he will be needing a pair of shoes any day now. So we went for our first shoe shopping with Landon. What a disappointment, what a poor choice of children's shoes. They are ugly, uncomfortable and shockingly expensive for what they are. After we returned home, I started my online search, there are some decent looking Italian ones but wow, the price is just not right for those fast growing little feet. Hey baby, you don't need any Italian shoes just yet, I guess we will have to be barefooted for now...

Wall

My son left his first piece of 'art' on our living room wall today, he was scratching the wall with his new wooden toys, and my previously white, plain wall is now marked with red, blue and green short and long lines. This house is looking more and more like a child is living here. I am tempted to paint the whole wall like this one

Grandma Mama Daughter

A shop assistant was searching the title in their database, I was browsing the magazines while waiting, noticed one brand: Grandma Mama Daughter I have not seen before. Went to the website, they have different brands for both men and women, all beautiful and none pretentious
